By commissioning me and/or purchasing my adoptable designs you are agreeing to the full Terms of Service on this page.Terms of service are subject to change without notice.

Regardless of the subject matter, you must be 18 years or older to commission me.I do not work on a 'first come first serve' basis.
By default there is no deadline for commission completion.
If a piece is required by a certain date it must be discussed beforehand.
If you require a rush order, a fee of +50% of your order total will be applied for priority status.I have the right to turn down any requests and am not obligated to give a reason.If you have questions about anything you see here, feel free to contact me via Email at

Payments & Refunds

I only accept USD via PayPal.I do not accept refunds; this is non-negotiable.Commissions will be sent a PayPal invoice, and adoptable payments can be sent to my PayPal.meAt least half of the payment must be received in order for progress to start.
I will not go beyond the sketch stage until full the payment is received.I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason.
Should this happen, a refund will be issued.Tips are not required but are always appreciated!

Permissions & Copyright

I retain the rights to my artwork as the creator and you must credit me if asked (credit via "@kanooshie").
I can post commissions on my portfolio and social media.If you don't want me posting your commissions publicly you must let me know!Any commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
You cannot use my art for profit or merchandise unless a commercial license is purchased.
If you'd like to buy a commercial license, it'll cost 30% of the total cost.
(Giving away freebies or donating profits to charity do NOT require this license!)You may edit your commission yourself, and other artists may edit the commission if it is to add animation.I have a Toyhouse account, please credit me if you upload my art/adopts/designs on there!
